Hey Again,
Day two in Toronto was amazing!
First i went to Eaton Centre just to buy a Sim Card and Sunglasses, but it is so enormous that it took me a while just to do that. I spent maybe 3 hours there and then made my way to the CN Tower.
That one is gigantic :) So i bought a ticket for 50$ CAD, which i think is a lot for what you get in the end.
Before you could get into it however you had to go through a kind of Airlock. You step in there and a female voice just says "Firing jets" and then you are shot with air on different parts of you body. Freaky.
I went up there and it was a really freaky feeling beeing so high up and locking down. I mostly just held on to the railing and made my pictures:
Being on ground level again i set off for the waterfront. On my way there i spotted this:
But it was early, so i decided to continue to the waterfront and circle back later. The Waterfront was pretty nice with a lot of Ferrys departing for the island and a lot of benches facing the water. I decided to take a rest and videocalled my parents. Thanks to the free wifi that was available the videochat was possible. After just sitting there for a while thinking about all and nothing i went back for the brewery.
BEST IDEA EVER. (ok i keep using that too often :))
I took the tour through the brewery which was not that exciting, but the beer was pretty good, so who am i to complain. We each got a bottle at the start of the tour, but mine was empty befor we even left the room for the brewery. So i spent the whole tour carrying an empty beerbottle with me :D
After the tour all participants sat down at a bar table and we were handed really small glasses of beer:
After a while i overheard a group of people talking about the sheer amount of germans they encountered on their journey. So i thought i just say hi :) Turns out they were german work and traveleres wo just completed their Abitur. They invited me to join them and we all went to Five Guys for some burgers and fries. The burger was pretty amazing, but the fries weren't my thing. After that we went to the liquor store and bought some beer. We then went to the apartment of one of the girls, where she couchsurfs:
We stayed there until about 11 just Talking, drinking beer and listening to music and after that we went to a club. That was nice too, but a bit loud for my taste (or maybe just the wrong music:)) I still hat a bit of jetlag or i just was tired, i don't know but when we all went home from there i was just too happy to fall into my hostelbed :) But i still had a half hour walk to the hostel. There are a lot ouf crazy people out at night. Walking beside me was a nice girl in high heels who was harassed by some dudes in a car. After they left, she told me that her night hadn't been all that good. She had to babysit her drunken friends and wasn't at all happy that she chose to wear high heels :D She then set off in a different direction and i went to the hostel.
So that was Day 2 :)

Tag 2 in Toronto war genial!
Zuerst bin zum Eaton Centre gelaufen um mir ne Simkarte und ne Sonnenbrille zu kaufen, aber das war so riesig dort, das selbst 3 Stunden gedauert ( kann auch daran gelegen haben, dass ich lange eine passende Sonnenbrille gesucht hab) Danach hab ich mich auf zu CN Tower gemacht. Der ist ja mal gigantisch! Also hab ich mir für 50$!!!! nen Ticket gekauft und bin nach ganz oben gefahren. Bevor man überhaupt da rein kommt muss man durch ne Art Schleuse. Wenn man da rein geht, sagt ne weibliche Stimme "Firing jets" und dann wird man von allen Seiten nacheinander mit Luft beschossen. Da hab ich mich erstmal erschreckt. Die Höhe hat sich schon echt komisch angefühlt, aber ich hab mich einfach am Geländer festgehalten und Fotos gemacht :)
Nachdem ich dann endlich wieder festen Boden unter den Füßen hatte bin ich in Richtung Wasserfront gelaufen. Auf dem Weg dahin habe ich das entdeckt:
Da es aber noch Mittag war, habe ich mir gedacht ich gehe erst zum Wasser und komme später wieder.
Am Wasser waren jede Menge Fähren zur Insel und genug Bänke um Armeen von Rentnern das Möwenfüttern zu ermöglichen. Als ich da so saß, hab ich meine Eltern über Videotelefonie angerufen, das hat sogar ganz gut geklappt, dank dem kostenlosen WiFi am Wasser. Nachdem ich mich dann genug ausgeruht hatte, bin ich zurück zur Brauerei gegangen.

Ich hab die Tour durch die Brauerei gebucht, aber die war nicht soooo interessant. Viel besser war das Bier:
Anfangs haben wir jeder einer Flasche bekommen, allerdings hatte ich die schon leer bevor wir überhaupt den Raum verlassen hatten und hab die gesamte Tour ne leere Flasche mit mir rumgetragen. Nach der Tour haben dann alle Teilnehmer noch Bier in shot Gläsern bekommen, die man zum glück nachfüllen konnte :)
Nach einer Zeit redete eine kleine Gruppe darüber, wie viele Deutsche sie schon gesehen hatten. Also hab ich einfach mal Hi gesagt. Und siehe da, es waren deutsche work and traveler :D Sie haben mich dann eingeladen mit ihnen was essen zu gehen. Wir waren bei Five Guys und haben Burger und Pommes gehabt. Der Burger war genial, die Pommes waren net so mein Ding. Danach sind wir zum Liquorstore und haben uns Bier gekauft, das wir dann bei einer der Mädels in der Wohnung getrunken haben. Sie macht Couchsurfing und hat wohl einen sehr coolen Host. In der Wohnung waren wir so bis 11 haben geredet, Bier getrunken und Musik gehört.
Da die andren alle noch in einen Club wollten, bin ich mit gekommen. Der Club war ganz cool, aber etwas laut ( oder vll einfach nur die falsche Musik :)) So um 2 sind wir dann alle nach Hause gestartet, wodrüber ich echt glücklich war, weil ich immer noch derbe müde war. Auf meinem Rückweg habe ich einige Freakige Leute gesehen. So auch ein Mädchen auf Highheels, die von ein paar Typen in nem Auto angemacht wurde. Nachdem die von dannen gezogen waren, hat sie mir erzählt, das ihr Abend wohl net so toll war. Sie musste ihre betrunkenen Freundinnen Babysitten und hatte mit den Highheels wohl eindeutig eine falsche Entscheidung getroffen. Kurz danach haben sich unsere Wege getrennt und ich konnte im Hostel ins Bett fallen.
Das war also Tag 2, echt genial :)
